A Note on Where Your Debris Goes
We are not vague about this. Construction and demolition debris is manifested to permitted facilities including the JED Landfill on Southport Road, a privately operated, state permitted Class I facility. Yard waste goes to the Osceola County Yard Waste Disposal Site on Bass Road. Clean, separated material like metal, concrete, and untreated wood may have recycling options when a receiving facility accepts them. We will never tell you your debris disappears into thin air, it goes somewhere real, and we can tell you where.
